What we are all about

Hello and thank you for taking the time to stop by and take a look at what we have been writing about.

I guess it is really not a we it is more a me. My husband and I work together building this beautiful little photography business. I do all the fun stuff like writing here and taking photos and learning new tips and tricks, and my amazing husband handles the boring things, like taxes and book keeping. (I really hate math)

It is my hope with this blog to put information out there that I have come across, question the current information, share my successes and failures, and above all to help as many photographers and clients as possible.

I know this sounds a bit cliche but it is very true. I believe that it is not worth it for me to only put information out there for other photographers because it is not helping everyone as a whole. If our clients understand the struggles that we go through to get to where we are and have a common understanding this will give us all a basic starting point to work from. I want my clients to understand that I am human, that I am constantly learning and that above all else I want them to have an amazing session. On the same token I want other photographers to grow from my failures and successes in order to become better in their chosen field. It is a crazy thought process but I believe that it will work and I am hoping that everyone will help it to work!
